Do I need to be home for a service or maintenance call?
No — you don’t need to be home. We just require a current cell or work phone number so we can reach you while we’re on site working on your hot tub.
How does repair pricing work?
Quoted prices cover travel time, and service cost is a minimum of one hour. If we don’t have the part in stock when we come out, we’ll return with the part and the cost is still only the one-hour charge. If service runs over an hour, we lower the rate and give you an estimate on the total repair.
How do I book an appointment?
A valid credit or debit card books and holds your appointment. You’re welcome to pay with cash or check on the day of your appointment if you prefer.
Which brands do you repair?
Most major brands — including American Whirlpool, Sundance, Caldera, Coleman, Jacuzzi, Cal Spas, Birch Bay, L.A. Spas, Clearwater, Marquis, Nordic, Hot Spring, and Tiger River — plus all saltwater and UV-ozone purified spas.
I don’t have 240V wiring. Can I still get a hot tub?
Yes — the Nordic All-in-110’s Edition runs on a standard 110 outlet or a 20-amp outlet, with no special wiring or electrical service needed. Ready to go from day one.
Do reconditioned spas come with a warranty?
Every reconditioned spa includes a new cover, new filters, new steps, fully reconditioned equipment, and a 1-year parts & labor warranty.
How often should my tub get a deep clean?
We recommend a Drain & Clean once a year: an enzyme purge to clean the pipes, full drain, shop-vac of jets and pipes, polish and clean of the shell, then refill and water balancing. It’s billed at $79 per half hour.
